Props

Every prop has a default, so the component renders as it is. Change any of them in Studio or in code.

  • src

    string = "photos/nasa-desert-1.jpg"

    Picture in public/ (used when no children are given).

  • toSrc

    string = "photos/nasa-clouds-1.jpg"

    Second picture, cut to at the peak of the leak. Empty for a single picture.

  • peakFrame

    integer = 66

    Frame the leak is at its fullest (and the cut, when there is a second picture).

  • duration

    integer = 72

    Frames the whole leak lasts, from first glow to gone.

  • strength

    number = 0.9

    How strong the leak is at its peak. 1 floods most of the frame in warm light; 0.5 is a glow at the edge.

  • edge

    left | right | top | bottom = "right"

    The edge the light comes in from.

  • sweep

    number = 0.5

    How far the leak travels along the edge while it plays (0 holds it in place).

  • softness

    number = 1

    How far the glow spreads into the frame. Higher is a larger, softer leak.

  • streaks

    number = 0.6

    How much the glow breaks into streaks (0 is a smooth gradient).

  • grain

    number = 0.05

    Film grain over the whole frame (0 for none).

    colour = "#fff1c9"

    The hot centre of the leak.

  • colors.body

    colour = "#ff8a2b"

    The body of the leak.

  • colors.fringe

    colour = "#c2160f"

    The outer fringe.
